1. Cancellation by Participant

If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must do so by contacting the event organizers via the contact information provided on our website. Please note that no refund will be provided for cancellations.

2. Cancellation by Event Organizers

The event organizers reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If the event organizers cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. However, if the event is rescheduled, the registration will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event.

3. No Refund Policy

Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable. This applies to all circumstances including but not limited to:

- Personal circumstances such as illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, etc.
- Event cancellation or rescheduling by the event organizers.
